FUSION will be running the all-new Youth Alpha series in the Spring and Summer Terms 2018!



Alpha has been run at St. John’s for many years and is a great way to find out more about the big questions in life. This all new course, specifically aimed at young people, involves watching a DVD about different topics each week and then talking about them together. There are no right or wrong answers and no question too big or small. If you’ve ever wondered if there’s more to life than this, then Alpha is for you!


The course is going to look something like this…


Spring Term 2018:

Monday 15th January: Session 1 – Life: Is this it?

Monday 22nd January: Session 2 – Jesus: Who is He?

Monday 29th January: Session 3 – Cross: Why did Jesus die?

Monday 5th February: Session 4 – Faith: How can I have faith?

Monday 12th and 19th February: HALF TERM BREAK

Monday 26th February: Session 5 – Prayer: Why and how do I pray?

Monday 5th March: Session 6 – Bible: Why and how can I read the Bible?

Monday 12th March: Session 7 – Spirit: Who is he and what does he do?

Monday 19th March: Session 8 – How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit?


No Alpha during April due to Easter Holidays and Quinta Weekend Away


Summer Term 2018:

Monday 14th May: Session 9 – New Life: How can I make the most of my life?

Monday 21st May: Session 10 – Evil: How can I resist Evil?

Monday 28th May: HALF TERM BREAK

Monday 4th June: Session 11 – Telling others: Why and how should I tell others?

Monday 11th June: Session 12 – Healing: Does God heal today?

Monday 18th June: Session 13 – Church: What about the church?
